This is our plan for the next 3 to 6 months.

We build LessonPal with the schools that use it, in the order we expect to build it.

   Trip and out-of-class cover

   Arrange cover when a teacher is working but away from class, whether on a school trip, at a meeting or on training.

   Class notes

   Record reflections and what worked well, for whoever covers your class and for your own everyday use.

   Timetable export and lesson reschedule

   When no teacher is free, use TAs or split lessons to make the day work without needing supply cover.

   Kudos

   Let teachers recognise and thank colleagues who step in, so cover becomes teachers supporting teachers.

   Good pupil behaviour earns points that build up over time, designed for SEND schools.
