Schools hold sensitive information. Here is how LessonPal looks after it.

ICO registration

LessonPal Ltd is registered with the Information Commissioner's Office, registration reference ZC254554.

What data we hold

Staff names and work email addresses, school and role, and the timetable and absence information schools put into LessonPal, plus usage information about how the app is used. Data is stored in the EU, and each school's data is kept separate.

Who can see it

Staff only see what their role allows. We share data only with the service providers that help us run LessonPal, and we never sell it or use it for advertising. Each school is the data controller, and we sign a data processing agreement with every school. See our privacy policy for details.
